Large Newly Renovated Home with Game Room

Great location!! Home was very spacious.

Bryce and his co host will nickle & dime you and send you an excessive checkout list AFTER you book. Then they will threaten you with fees if you don't agree to doing their tasks. Then if you don't respond to their messages immediately they will harrass you and continue to threaten you. As for the "remodeled " property it's pretty trashy. Looks like maybe they painted the interior and kitchen but definitely not "remodeled". The carpet is disgusting and is at least 20 years old. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms is broken and about to launch off the ceiling. There are obviously patched holes in the walls and doors. The garage is a disgusting mess and I can't believe they leave it open for guests in such a state. The linens, blankets, pillows, and mattresses are all very cheap, uncomfortable and also pretty gross, think motel 6, but worse. The pool table would have been nice if any of the pool sticks actually had TIPS on them, more broken disappointing garbage. Don't book it.

for This was a beautiful home overall. The host was quick to respond to questions. We appreciated the size, number of bedrooms, and the overall space. The kitchen was clean and very comfortable to move around in. We did have a hard time getting in the house multiple days due to the codes not working properly on the front door. We were however able to go in through the garage. We would stay at this home again.

The house was super spacious, clean, and with lots to do, the area was very peaceful, would definitely stay there again.

Great Place overall a Wonderful Weekend ...

Bryce was informative and communicated well either us. The home is in a neat area of the city, it is a bit of an older home but Bryce is putting in some work to modernize it and though it appears those upgrades are ongoing, what he has done is neat. Just be aware there are some remodeling items around the house at the time of this review It is a large home that comfortably houses our whole family and had a pool table, foosball table, and a neat old game system. Back yard was open and the dog enjoyed that too. We enjoyed our stay.

The hostess were very nice and helpful the house was as described with entertainment for all my family no need to go out. Definitely recommend the house it had all amenities to feel at home.

The place was very clean and easy to find. There were things for the kids to do right in the house and they enjoyed the yard as well. Bryce was responsive to needs and questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would return if in the area.

Great home! Very spacious and able to accommodate 3 families (total of 5 adults and 3 children). We were in town for a baseball tournament, so we were not home for most of the weekend. Unfortunately, we were not able to play pool or foosball as there pool sticks were broken and parts of the foosball players were also broken. However, the kids loved spending time outside playing on the playground and running around all the yard space. The room across the master had a hole in the door. And when taking off the bedding per the leaving instructions, we noticed stains on the comforter. I recommend future guests take pictures of the games at arrival so they don’t get blamed for breaking them.

Lovely home with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and great tub in master suite. Kitchen could have been better stocked with drinking glasses and wine glasses. In master bath only two bath towels left for use over a three night stay. Great to have washer and dryer available. Overall it met our needs.

Great house, Tom's of space, thanks for the garage access. also didn't use it but play ground for kids, pool table, Foosball and games. Early morning Blue Quail visits to the yard, and great Organ Mountains views. corner lot, very private. great to grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise with the quail. Conveniently located to town. Home nicely furnished and good privacy for adult children. Our BEST AB&B stay yet. Thanks for the great stay. Rex and Dana

This home was beautiful and big enough for us to fit two families. It was clean and easy to check-in to. The pool and Foosball tables were instant hits with the kids and kept them occupied the entire stay. The kitchen was big enough to easily make all our meals in and was well stocked. The area is a bit remote which makes it peaceful and private. The house seemed to be in the middle of it's remodel as there were noticeable areas that have been beautifully updated and other areas that they haven't gotten to yet. Nevertheless, this house is a fantastic value, especially for large families. We also always appreciate few and simple check out instructions. We highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Large house as advertised with access to garage. Great place for a young family. Can ride a few miles to mountain biking trails from the house.

Great location in a peaceful neighborhood. Lots of great amenities in the home, including pool table, BBQ grill, foosball table, nice big tub, large fenced back yard with playground equipment, etc.

We had a fantastic day! The house felt spacious, beautiful, and clean. The backyard was awesome as well!

Hosts had special touches like chocolates in every room. The house was spotless and welcoming when we arrived. Bryce was quick to respond to the broken door handle and microwave, getting them fixed within hours of notifying him. Excellent hosting! Wonderful house to host a Thanksgiving dinner for 21 people. The house is set up in a way that everyone had ample space and lots to do to occupy time. The kitchen could use some better cooking equipment like pots and pans, as the ones there are not adequate or enough for cooking for large crowds. There wasn't very much silverware, but we were able to make due. We had fun and loved the space. I will definitely stay here again. I'll just know to bring my own cooking equipment if I'm cooking for larger crowds again.

Great space for large families with kids! Plenty of space for our 6 adults and 6 kids. Nice big backyard and the kids enjoyed all the games. On the out skirts of Las Cruces but freeway makes it easy to travel back and forth. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was great, house was well maintained and there was plenty of room for all of us. Our kids really enjoyed the playground and the adults enjoyed all the rooms in the house. The only complaint was having to remove all the bedding and towels and place them in the laundry room, pull the trash and take the trash cans to the street and start the dishwasher. It probably wont be so bad but most of my family was elderly and they couldnt help, so doing all of that and trying to get out of there at 10am was exhausting especially since we paid a cleaning fee. Overall our stay was Great and the house was everything that was advertised. ]

We had a family reunion to attend and we decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. Tia house was perfect!!! Location is in a quiet Sonora desert neighborhood. The house was huge and very Clean. There was 8 of us and we all fit perfectly in this house. The backyard was the right size for our girls to run off some energy. I would definitely stay here again.

Bryce was a great host - super responsive and helpful with all of our questions and concerns leading up to and during our trip. He was also kind enough to drop off extra sleds for us to use at the White Sands National park! A lovely and fun space! very practical location - right off the highway.

This vrbo was clean and tidy. We loved being able to park in the garage. There was a gorgeous master bathtub, double shower, and a weight bench for working out. The neighborhood is quiet and the houses don’t feel crowded together because of the big yards. The kids had so much fun on the play set!

There is plenty of space throughout the home. As well as space outside on the patio. The host was kind enough to let us have a celebration here, after advanced notice and permission. The kitchen was great to cook in. The beds were comfortable.

The house was great in every way. Clean and well stocked with linen and cookware. The property managers were very polite and prompt to respond. Checking in and checking out was seamless. As someone who travels extensively for business, I am happy to give my highest recommendation of excellent. I will stay with these folks again when I am in the area.

It was an amazing stay!

This was the perfect house for our group of 9 including two small children. The backyard play area was perfect for our two year old and the game rooms were great for the adults. Workout equipment was also a plus. Huge kitchen, very spacious home with plenty of space for privacy with a big group. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The large spaces and common rooms are perfect for sharing with family. With the pool table, foosball, video games and play area outside all the kids were happy. The bedrooms were very comfortable and 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus. We enjoyed your house very much. Thank You!

It was a great stay. Nice extras like delicious local chips and salsa, chocolates on the beds and more. Beds were super comfortable. Really wanted the fireplace to work, but everything else was great.

House had lots of space located in a nice neighborhood. The extras of pool table, foosball, and arcade machine gave options for additional things to do in the evenings. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Owner and their staff very responsive and helpful. Responded quickly and assisted after an item was left behind at that the house. Would recommend or stay at this location in the future.

This is a large, lovely home which is well furnished. It's clear the hosts tried to think of everyyhing a guest might need. We loved the location, close to town but not in the city. Beautiful back yard-large and fenced. Our dog loved it. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Would stay again for sure. We had a great stay and really enjoyed exploring the area from this spacious and lovely home base.

Amazing place to stay!

There was an issue, but it was addressed right away.

Bryce and team were so helpful with local recommendations and making sure we had clear instructions for check in and check out. We had an extended stay of many days and we felt right at home the entire time. A few days in to our trip, the heater unfortunately stopped working, but the team was quick to provide us with space heaters and sending over someone to look into it. Overall, we had an awesome stay and would stay here again.

We had the best weekend stay here. We were able to relax and unwind with our friends. House was beautiful, even better than the photos! Kiddos had a fantastic time and none of wanted to leave. Would definitely stay again. And will be recommending to our friends.

On the whole, we appreciated getting to spend family holidays here! Pros: -Very large space -Quiet neighborhood that is close to tourist attractions and groceries/stores -Large backyard for dogs to run around in Cons: -Cleanliness: Carpets are pretty stained, main family room’s couch had lots of garbage stuffed into the cushion (i.e., dog bones, dirt, water bottle) -Clutter: The garage is pretty cluttered and there were glass shards all over the floors. Furniture in the house was also disheveled. -Low stocked kitchen: Basic things like a cutting board, wine opener are unavailable. Also, there are only a handful of mugs/glasses so if you are coming with a larger group (we had 6), bring kitchenware. We had to buy stuff locally. -Trash: There is a fee if you don’t put out the trash on Sundays. This is somewhat reasonable if it was our own trash but the cans were full to the top from previous tenants. They had medical equipment in them and were very heavy to drag through rocks.

This house was amazing! 100% recommend everyone to stay here.

I spent a month at Bryce's place with my partner and dog and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is large and could comfortably fit multiple couples or a bigger family. The backyard was great for our dog and bigger than we expected. It even has a separated dog run. It's a particularly convenient departure point for going to White Sands National park, which I'd recommend both for day hikes and for sunset.

Amazing stay!! As big as a palace and awesome for dogs!! The backyard is enclosed so my 75 pound puppy had space to play and run. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. I would def stay here again!!

We had a great stay!! The house is very spacious and fun for the whole family. Our girls loved the backyard and didn’t want to leave. Location was also very good.

We take a big trip every year with our large family, and this is the best Airbnb we have ever had. The listing did a great job of telling us what to expect. The layout was wonderful for a big family. There were several living areas and bedrooms to enjoy. No one felt crowded. The older kids could stay up late and enjoy themselves while the little ones slept. My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful cup of coffee outside every morning. We went on a nice relaxing walk through the neighborhood one morning. It was just the peaceful vacation we wanted. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and there were plenty of extra blankets, towels, etc. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Our family of about 10 came in from out of state to celebrate my son’s graduation from NMSU. The house had everything we needed, comfy beds and lots of fun stuff to do. Our favorite being the pool table room. Even though it’s newly remodeled, it’s still lived in so it really does feel like home. The hosts reminders about trash day and check out check list were very helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank you both again!

Perfect family rental! This is a large open home that comfortably housed our three families. The backyard has a great green yard and playground for the kids as well as indoor foosball and game room. The adults were able to step into an enclosed room to use the pool table & watch tv which has direct access to the backyard. The home is in a quite safe neighborhood that’s a few miles from popular restaurants & a super Walmart. The host provided full size bathroom supplies as well as a stocked kitchen. The home itself is beautiful inside and out.

This home is incredible, the photos don't capture just how big the space is. I stayed with some family there and it worked out perfectly. Everything is comfortable and I enjoyed firing up the grill and looking at the mountains in the distance. The neighborhood is very quiet as well.

The house is beautiful, and our kids loved the yard and playground equipment. The views of the Organ Mountains are great, and we enjoyed walking in the Nature Preserve a few miles down the road. The house was well stocked and the host's recommendations for local cuisine and activities were very good. The location was perfect for us as it's in a quiet community, but with easy access to everything we needed. Great place to take a break from the Colorado snow!

Great place, lots of space and a stones throw from all Las Cruces has to offer. It was just me and my two dogs but we felt right at home and were happy with the value and cleanliness of the space. Would stay again if I have the chance.

This house offered a perfect "home base" for our group of 8-9 people! We were in Las Cruces to celebrate a milestone birthday, and my goal was to explore the area (run the Sierra Vista Half Marathon, hike the Organ Mountains, visit the Three Rivers Petroglyphs, Pistachio Land, White Sands and the Gila Cliff Dwellings, as well as spend some time in downtown Las Cruces). The accommodations were great, with 3 rooms for the couples in our group and the bunk bed room for two more individuals. We had a 9th person for a few nights, and the foam mattresses were declared very comfortable. Our group really didn't get into the video games, but I imagine that would be a great feature for people traveling with kids. The pool table got more use than the foosball table, and offered an activity when we were at the house. It was really nice having 3 full bathrooms for a group our size, and the kitchen allowed us to make some of our own meals. We also appreciated the washer & dryer! If I can convince my friends to go back to Las Cruces to do more hiking, I would definitely rent this house again!

Bryce’s home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was gorgeous and has everything we needed! From the outside to the inside it’s a very beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kids of all ages will appreciate this home. There’s so much to do. From the game room to the big backyard. As a mom of two teenagers I highly recommend this house. Bryce was an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Definitely planning on staying here again!
